I'm on the Lancashire-Yorkshire border and was thinking I might go out wild camping tomorrow, and this just made up my mind :)

I live in Australia, down in the south west of Western Australia, which is awesome but kind of ... well, a bit not-so-mountainous. So when we went to New Zealand and I got to see Mt Cook — which in the scheme of mountains ain't no Everest ... I could have looked at that magnificent vista all day and all night. Truly breath-taking.

Mind you, the motion-operated taps in the bathroom also really bloody impressed me, so maybe I'm easily gob-smacked 😀.

Australia and New Zealand are the two countries I would love to get to in the next couple of years as they both look absolutely stunning.

We’re heading to Switzerland on Thursday to stay at a hotel on Lake Geneva which also looks amazing

Most modern technology is like mysterious magic to me, so I can relate with the motion operated taps 😁

Thanks for reading Graeme 👍🏼

Loved it, Dan. There's something ethereal about that connection with nature via an animal like a deer or stag, especially when placed in such atmospheric surrounds.

I would have enjoyed being there having a morning cup of coffee like that.

Thanks very much Thomas 🙏

I suppose most of my stories can be scenes cut from either the beginning or end of a larger tale. Like a snapshot in time. I appreciate the feedback 👍🏼
