I’ve watched the TV show but not read the books. I’ll need to try and catch up with them. My reading has been patchy at best recently so have been looking for something new 👍🏼
OK, so basically these leaders are considering surrender and this warrior comes in and shows them that is not an acceptable option to men like him. These “monstrous creatures” can still be killed and he believes that it is a fight worth having rather than giving up. This is a story concerning a long standing character of mine. I was going for the “lions led by donkeys” analogy but clearly didn’t do it very well for yourself.
Think that description was longer than the actual story
Oooo, this is PACKED.
Thanks very much, Hanna 🙏
A potent fifty words. Terrific!
Thanks very much Bill 🙏
Severed troll heads. Yes, that's the stuff!
Thanks very much Alexander 😁
Always the best scenes; when “surrender seems the only option” and a decision is made to fight anyway.
Thanks very much Stephanie 🙏
Yes, surrender, to our hero, is just not an option 👍🏼😁
As Bill says, a potent 50 words.
(For what it's worth, it was very clear to me what was going on here. 😊)
Thanks very much Nathan 🙏
Glad to hear you got what I was going for here 👍🏼😁
PS you ever read any of the The Witcher books by Andrzej Sapkowski?
If not, I think you'd enjoy them. The Last Wish is a great place to start.

I dont get it, what’s the “story” here? Also, “troll’s head” should have apostrophes.
OK. No worries. Thanks for the feedback 👍🏼😁
No problem, but you didn’t answer my question :)

I’ll sort the spelling in the title 👍🏼
Ok I can see that, thanks for the explanation :)
Now this is what I call an entrance!
Thanks very much Ika 🙏
Well, he does like a grand entrance 😁
Great one Dan!
Thanks very much, Miguel 🙏
